Great place. It was more of a neighborhood and I was expecting a more secluded lakefront property, but it was a great place for the price!

Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for our guests sometimes cheaper than the local hotel which is not quite like home. Healing Waters is especially meaningful to our family, as it was created in memory of our son, Josiah, whom we lost in October. We put a great deal of love, time, and personal investment into this home, and sharing it with others is something we truly care about. We understand that everyone has different expectations. As individual property owners, our reputation is built one guest and one review at a time. A three-star review has a significant impact on a small, independently owned business. We hope to always extend grace to our guests, and we appreciate that same grace in return. Thank you for staying with us.

Tournament

We rented this house instead of a hotel while we were in Terra Haute for a volleyball tournament and we’re so glad we did. The house was perfect and in great area.

Our stay at Healing Waters was relaxing and pleasant. The reservation and check-in processes were easy. The property was clean and charming with a beautiful view of the lake. We appreciated the owner allowing our small dog to stay with us, too. Over the weekend in Terre Haute, my son and husband competed as a Unified Bowling team in the Special Olympics/Indiana Summer Games. They came rested to each competition after retreating to the VRBO, and that rest definitely helped them. They won a Gold Medal. We were “all smiles”!
