About this property

Serenity House is a beautiful home in Lala Land with a peaceful zen-like feel. It sits on a rare, flat, fenced in, half acre lot. There is one large bedroom, screened porch, and full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a large equipped kitchen, large screened porch for dining, half bath, and large living room with two futons that can be used for guests. Additionally, there are two queen sized blow up mattresses in the upstairs closet for smaller guests if needed.
Serenity House is in hiking distance of the eclectic village of Coral Bay and its wonderful restaurants and shops. Nature and Wildlife abound.
World Class Diving and Snorkeling in Americas Last Healthy Coral Reefs are just minutes away. The Renowned white sandy beaches, like Trunk Bay, are a short drive on North Shore Road.

Great Stay at Serenity House

We had a great stay at Serenity House. The place has everything you need and worked well for us and our grown daughter and her partner. We've been to St John many times over last 25 or so years and this rental was both comfy and economical (by current St John standards 🤑). Can recommend without reservation 👍👍

Such a great get away with privacy and plenty of room to hang. And, while there the owner was quick to respond to questions we had. Great experience and attentive host!

We are a fun loving family of 6 who love St. John, SCUBA, snorkeling, hiking, and having family time. Serenity House was built for the ones we love, with special attention paid to every detail.
We own and operate a SCUBA business and boat rental business in South West Florida. We built our home with love and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our family motto is "follow your heart".

As soon as you turn down the dirt road you will notice Lala Land is a quiet, safe, and local neighborhood with large properties. Serenity House is a peaceful retreat on a half acre. It is perfect for those who like to escape from their hectic pace of life, who would like some space to relax, and who would like a large, affordable home and property they do not have to share.

What makes this property unique

Serenity House is an easy home to live in. St. John offers many steep properties, and few flat properties. Serenity House is flat, and easily accessible without 4-wheel drive.
The absolutely best water filtration system is installed at Serenity House. Since all of the water comes from the rain, the water is the most pure you will ever get. Drink from the faucet!
