Take it soooo easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Large lake front 3400 sqft. 5 bedroom house on 30 secluded acres with not another house (or person) in sight.
The property was recently used for a Bass Pro Shops catalog photo shoot.
The interior is flooded with natural light and offers spectacular views of the lake and sunsets across it. The 7 acre private lake is 50' deep and well stocked (bring your poles, personal watercraft etc. I have two SUPs available). Wildlife abound and include deer, armadillos, herons, ducks, turkeys, various other water birds, hawks, turtles, possums and the occasional owl and otter.
We also have an extensive patio with pool, gazebo with fire pit (and plenty of firewood ), wrap-around porch, and a luxury kitchen fully stocked with spices, condiments, jellies, tea and coffee for your use.
The property is 7 minutes from downtown St Augustine/outlets by car/Uber/Lyft, 12 minutes to the beach.
You have full access to all 30 acres of the property!
Please note there is an indoor/outdoor cat resident on the property, so my home may not be a good choice for you if you have allergies.
