Great spot for some good family time.

We stayed at this location for a family reunion with 21 people (5 adult couples and 11 children ages from 1 - 17). Having a good mix of private bedrooms and bunk rooms was great! Cousins could be together if they wanted to at night and adults could have a private/quiet place for the night as well. Kitchen was large enough to cook our own meals the whole time we were there. Kids loved having the pool on the property and the beach a short walk away.

Room For All

Our family of 18 always seeks houses where we can go for a week and be together.... cooking, playing games, singing, putting puzzles together, etc.... Easy Breezy was perfect.... the golf cart made it so everyone could easily go to the beach. One added benefit was we could walk to mini- golf and ice cream places!! We had a great time!!!

Palm Tree Paradise

Palm Tree Paradise provided our family of 16 with a wonderful "home" for the week. The beach house was large enough for us to sprawl, the patio and pool area were awesome, the location was near enough to the beach to easily walk and the golf cart was an appreciated way to take gear to the beach and putter around the island. We had a couple glitches with the fire alarms but they were taken care of promptly. I'm pretty sure the whole family would gladly return to Palm Tree Paradise.

Lovely Home away from Home

The house was just as pictured. This was our first family trip since the pandemic and the home was exactly what we needed. The beach was walking distance but we couldn't see it from the house. The pool was a great and the kiddos loved it. My only complaint is there were dishes in the dishwasher that still dirty and their was food left in the oven. I called the cleaning services contact number and a rep came right away to get the food out of the oven and clean those pans. Aside from that, the stay was perfect and we are looking forward to coming back!

Family Reunion

We had a lovely stay at this facility. The pool area, kitchen and quiet decks offered our family either places to gather or break away for quiet discussions. We only used the golf cart for "fun" excursions, never to get to the beach as it was super accessible. Some things to know ahead of time: follow the instructions for the elevator exactly, bring larger cookware and forks(there were a total of 5) bring coolers. The ice machine is emptied upon arrival (a hangover from Covid) so there will be limited ice available. The wifi was pretty solid if you need to complete work while visiting. This property worked out really well for us.

Basic, missing a few thing but overall good

This house was clean and comfortable. It was pretty basic with furniture, decor and cooking utensils. We would have loved a few more pots and pans, and some kitchen towels and oven mitts. There was a leak from the shower to one of the downstairs bedrooms that was never resolved while we were there. Also, one of the pickets on the third floor balcony deck came out, leaving a large enough space for a kid to fall through. Seems like they rushed through construction to have these problems with a new house. The pool and location were great. We loved having a golf cart and access to the beach through the clubhouse. Very convenient. Overall we had a good stay.

We enjoyed virtually everything about our stay here. It is a wonderful property. Only negatives were a lack of cookware, an utterly disgustingly filthy outdoor flat top grill - took me 1/2 hour of vacation time to clean, and there was an electrical issue where the outlets in several bedrooms did not work. The circuit breaker kept flipping even after repeated attempts to turn it on. I use a medical device at night so this was a big deal. This happened toward the end of the week. Called property manager who was very responsive and called an electrician who then called me and was going to stop by but he never did. I never heard back from the property manager after even though I called for a status update. Our group of 18 had a great time overall

Great pool and house

We recently stayed at this beautiful beach house, and overall, we had a fantastic time. The house itself is stunning—beautifully furnished, spacious, and well-maintained. The pool was a highlight for us. However, despite the high quality of the home, we were disappointed by the stinginess of the property management company. For a luxury rental, you would expect the basics to be well-stocked. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were only two trash bags for the entire kitchen, just enough dish soap for one load, no spare toilet paper, and the hand soap was noticeably watered down. These small details were a bit of a letdown and detracted from the overall experience. While we truly loved our stay and the house itself was excellent, the lack of essential supplies was a vibe kill. It’s disappointing to see corners cut on these basics, especially when renting a high-end property. Hopefully, the management company will take this feedback to heart and make sure future guests don't face the same issue.

For any additional items, a request prior to your arrival may have been accommodated. As a reminder, Stellar Beach Rental's includes a roll of toilet tissue per restroom, a roll of paper towels per kitchen, two trash bags for the kitchen, a trash bag for each restroom, two kitchen towels, a laundry detergent & dish detergent, hand soap, dish soap, a dish sponge, and two keurig cups. These items are not meant to supply the entirety of your stay, but allow our guests to kick off their vacation with the essentials. Most, if not all guests, will typically visit the store prior to arrival to purchase necessary items as some of our properties can accommodate up to 30 people at one time. We do our best to ensure guests are aware of what we supply approximately 1 week prior to arrival to avoid any unnecessary purchases and to inform on what will be readily available upon arrival.
