In the main house, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, opens to the courtyard through a sliding glass door and features a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, along with its own living area and two walk-in closets. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, both offering king beds for restful nights. There is even a gathering space in the wine cellar for a unique and festive experience.

The carriage house, adjacent but separate from the main home, provides a private escape and you'll find the fourth bedroom here. Perfect for guests seeking privacy or adult children, the carriage house includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to two garage spaces. These spaces can accommodate full-size sedans and small SUVs. All larger vehicles must find on-street parking, which is metered on East Congress Street, but is free on Price Street, which runs parallel to the carriage house.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a great trip, and the location was awesome. Very cool house, close to everything, and the carriage house was a bonus. We had several couples, and some preferred a bit more privacy, which the carriage house provided. The property was very well appointed and had a modern, upscale feel. The only bummer: parking is tricky if you have anything other than a mid-size vehicle. Even mid-size was touch-and-go. And a street or a parking garage can be a bit expensive. The pool was in bad shape when we arrived. I left a message, but never heard back from anyone. It was apparent that when we'd return from a day of excursions, someone had attempted to rectify it, but never to the point where we felt comfortable using it. As mentioned, there was no reassurance or follow-up after my call. The last issue was that several electrical outlets in the bathrooms were inoperable. My wife had to use an en-suite of our guests to blow-dry and use curlers. The staff was excellent from booking to check-in assistance, which is why I thought it was weird when I didn't hear back after my last call. With all this being said, none of this was a deal breaker, and we'd be happy to stay in this house again, and use Lucky Savannah for this or other property. We had a great time!

Southern Roots

The property is beautifully appointed. The kitchen has all the essential basics. The neighborhood is great, very walkable to River Street and lots of food options. The lighting in the master bathroom is a bit dim, so pack a travel lighted mirror if you plan for glam. Getting into the garages in the alley is a tight fit, so no large SUVs or trucks.We experienced a minor roof leak during our stay, due to torrential rains. Property management was quick to respond.

Bachelorette party

This property was great. Only a few exceptions. The first is the code for getting in. It’s tricky as the same code doesn’t work for all the doors. And there is three different doors. So that was rough but the management company was fantastic and helped when I called. The only other thing is “the pool” is more like a glorified hot tub…which was great for us. But need a good skimming from trees and bugs and stuff. I was able to do a little of that myself. Not a huge deal. But overall, this house is gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again. Location was awesome. The coffee shop on the corner was fantastic.

The home is perfectly decorated, in fantastic condition, and spacious and comfortable for all of our guests. Many of the girls told me this was the nicest rental property they've ever stayed in (and I agree!). The Lucky Savannah team was very responsive when we had a hiccup with the door code and it was so easy to store our luggage at their office before and after our stay. The location could not be more perfect - we didn't have to take a single Uber the entire weekend. One thing to note is the Carriage House is a completely separate entrance from the main house. It wasn't clear to us from the listing, but it still worked out great.Thank you so much, Lucky Savannah, for an incredible weekend! We will definitely be back!

Great stay... with a few things to note

This is a beautiful property, well appointed, with everything you need for a special stay. I won't hesitate to stay there again. But, a few things you should note:1. The management company, Lucky Savannah, will send you a link 2 days before your stay. Check this out as soon as you get the link. Good information, but it's organized in a confusing way. For example, access codes to the garage were in a different place on the site than other access codes to the house. And, they left out important access codes, like the front and back door. I had to reach out to the property manager to get these. I asked if they could update the linked info, because I needed to forward it to other guests, but was told no, they couldn't change it. So, as soon as you get the link, check and make sure you have all the information you need. You don't want to be standing at the front door trying to figure out who to contact to get in.2. There must be only one HVAC unit for the main house. The upstairs bedrooms can be very hot while the main floor and master bedroom are temperate. If some of your guests are naturally hot-natured, they should absolutely not sleep on the second floor. 3. The carriage house is a perfect, extra apartment. It's very comfortable and private. However, I would not plan for young children to stay there. To access, you must leave the main house and walk around the corner to access. All in all, a great stay.
