Apartmant is located in the grounfloor of the family house. It is located 8 km to the south of Split in place Podstrana. Apartmant is 40m2 big ; it is ideal for a couple and family with one or two kids. It has one big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. In front of the apartmant is beautyfull terace with view on the pool (which is private, and you share it with guests from another app) and sea. You have free and safe parking; grill, summer kitchen... Near apartmant there are few really good restaurants, market, ambulance, there are places for play tennis, football, rent a bike,rafting,golf and do other sports.
Distance between apartmant and beach is 1-2 min by car and 5-7 min walk. To the Split by car is 10-15 min or 25-30 min by bus. Podstana is really good place to relax and enjoy in beauty of the sea on views.

Pleasent stay in an idealic spot

Gorgeous area, lovely well maintained property, great pool, amazing outdoor kitchen and welcoming host. Felt we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family of four. We are already thinking about booking another stay!!

Great holiday in Podstrana

Great apartment, lovely and informative host. It is the second time we have stayed at the apartment. The set up and ammenities are excellent, especially the pool and outdoor kitchen. Great location in Podstrana close to the beach and a short drive to Split or Omis.

Perfect location in quiet street and Trpimir was very knowledgable, hospitable and friendly. Podstrana is the perfect base for visiting Split, the islands, Trogir, Klis and the Krka national park.

Great all around - highly recommend

Starting with a warm and punctual welcome in the drive way, we enjoyed our stay here alot. The host was caring, had great tips for sights and restaurants and helped out when needed. The outside kitchen and the pool area is in great condition and a small supermarket as well as the beach is right around the corner. We strongly recommand this apartement as well as the great host!

So peaceful, fantastic swimming pool and apartment had plenty of room for 2 people. Owner was unbelievable. Never met a more friendly and generous host. Several nights we were sampling various types of home made liquors, a glass of wine. Various vegetables and fruit were given and one day the most fantastic lunch turned up for 2 of us, wonderful tuna salad. Amazing and thank you so much. A walk to the local beach only for the fittest. The locality is great for visiting Omis, Split and Trogir

Badeurlaub in Podstrana

Wir haben eine Woche die schöne Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Pool + Garten und die Gastfreundschaft von Trpimir genossen. Er steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hat immer das Wohl der Gäste im Blick und hat uns mit dem ein oder anderen selbstgemachten Likör und selbstgemachtem Olivenöl verwöhnt. Besonders schön ist die verglaste Außenküche mit gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit, die den Gästen zusätzlich zur eigenen Terrasse zur Verfügung steht. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, aber etwas beschwerlich, also sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Ausflüge nach Split und Brač waren sehr schön. Fahrradfahren in Podstrana und Umgebung aufgrund enger Straßen und viel Verkehr eher schlecht.

Ruhige Oase mit tollem Pool

Das Apartment hatte eine gute Größe, mit Klimaanlage. Es war sehr sauber und schlicht, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Highlights sind eindeutig der Pool, die schöne Terrasse, die grüne, ruhige Lage und der wirklich super nette Gastgeber, der uns immer mal wieder mit leckeren Getränken oder auch regionaler Küche versorgt hat.

A hidden gem , of peace and quiet

Podstrana is just outside of Split , a lovely seaside town with some great restaurants. Trpimir’s place ( still can’t quite say his name correctly , but named after a Croatian Duke ) is so well catered for , lovely pool , good air con, big bed , lovely quiet garden surroundings . He can’t do enough for you( he is fluent in English ; drove us to the restaurant first night as we were late getting in and famished ! We didn’t want to drive ( but he offered to source us a rental at a v good price if we had) bus 60 to Split takes 30mins about £1 and is 10 mins walk down a steep hill ( not so good if you have walking difficulties) for us fine . Pool is lovely and clean , decent size , good sunloungers with padded cushions. He lives with his family above the property but most of the time I was completely unaware if they were in or not , both he and his wife work full time in Split . In summary if you want a quiet out of the bustle place to relax with pool , in beautiful garden surroundings where you are well looked after go for this place ! We’d go back

Easy to find with google maps. Nice and friendly house owner. A Clean and fine apartment. Nice garden and swimmingpool. If you don't want to rent a car it is possible to go by bus from split.

Wonderful vacations !!!

We enjoyed our stay for many reasons. The hosts are very nice and we were well welcomed. The situation is perfect, near the beach, near Split, and based in a very quiet environement. The appartment was very clean, it was a pleasure to have the beautiful swimming pool, and the garden. The host brought us every day some vegetables, from their garden, and some cakes, homemade. We clearly recommend this location, and it will be a pleasure to go back to see them again. Our kids enjoyed a lot their vacations.
