We brought five families together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We wanted a place that each family could have a bedroom & bathroom and a dining area that could accommodate 22 people. The open concept allowed us to prepare all of our meals with ease. The area was very quiet and our families loved the amenities. This is a good location close to grocery stores, downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood. We did find the internet to be slow.

The cabin was very nice and clean! The kids loved the indoor, heated pool. The view was exceptional! Beds were super comfortable! Everyone in our party was very satisfied with our stay. And the location was great....not far from the main area, but far enough to be out of heavy traffic.

What an amazing week and place. Spotless and plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. The common pool, lazy river, and entertainment area was a make for this as the 9 kids would have killed each other at the private indoor pool.Great movies, beds, and kitchen. Tons of TVs and plenty of bath towels. I wish I would have stuck in some beach towels.The only thing onsite were the TV remotes. Half were missing batteries or had dead batteries. I think there were 15 remotes. Would have also been nice to have labels on them:)Overall didn’t affect our stay at all. Would come again and stay here!

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our three families, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, seating, and kitchenware. The private pool, community pool, hot tub, and ice machine (a favorite of mine) were great extras. The beds were comfy, we had tons of towels, and the location was ideal for nearby attractions. The house was spotless too!Highlights:Communication: Outstanding—quick and helpful responses.Fun Extras: Video games, arcade, shuffleboard, and Nerf guns were huge hits.House Supplies: Plenty of towels, multiple pool towels, and extra trash bags/paper products—such thoughtful touches!Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had!

Great 16th BIRTHDAY celebration

Our family and friends gathered to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. Perfect for 1.5 year old to 63year old. Hope to stay there again.The teenagers loved the movie theatre and indoor swimming pool!

We had a pleasant stay, despite a few minor issues. The smoke detector malfunctioned and went off all night, but they came and replaced it in the morning for us. The hot tub water also turned green mid-week despite being covered and barely used. They offered to clean it if we wanted to pay an extra fee, so we decided not to use it the last few days. The pool room has a very musty/moldy smell, but the pool was nice. There are definitely not enough trash cans around the house, the Wi-Fi is poor, and the coffee maker dropped grounds into every cup. The movie room was a favorite, and the grounds are beautiful. We also thought the amenities center was fantastic! Even with all the little disappointments, we really enjoyed our stay.

Love it!

We had a great time at the cabin, it had everything we needed to cook while we were there. The in cabin pool was very nice as well as the large movie room. Three large decks for sitting and enjoying the weather. The activity area is an exceptionally nice bonus to the cabin with lots of things to do. Everyone from Adults to children had a great time! The host answered any and all questions promptly and was very nice. We will stay here again!!

Absolutely gorgeous house

The house was perfect for our family getaway! Modern, spacious, and full of activities to keep the kiddos entertained. The pool was a hit, the theater room has the feel of sitting in a real theater, and the beds were cozy! The host was extremely quick to respond to our super minor (and only) issue. Everyone agreed we should come back again! Excellent experience!

The host was very communicative. The house is beautiful and nicely prepped. Our only issues was dirty bed linens (which had to be removed off two beds) and inadequate or poorly functioning dryer. We received a message to pack beach towels and did for the most part. But, there really were not enough towels (even though we were a group of 12 for a cabin advertised for 22) to make it through a three day weekend. We bought some tide to wash towels but the dryer took three or more cycles to dry, which became tedious.

This home is not just a step above the rest, it by far exceeds any home our family of 9 has ever stayed at, both together & individually. It was clean, spacious, well laid out & decorated & comfortable beds. They have done an exceptional job of making this an exciting place for every guest from ages 8 years old to 92. There was something fun to do there for everyone. They even had prepared for our infant w/ a pack-n-play & high chair.The pool & hot tub were a huge hit with the younger 1/2 of our family (adults & child) while the theater was a huge hit w/ every single 1 of us w/ plenty of great movies to choose from.We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen because of all the fabulous places to eat w/in a short drive. We do plan on our next visit there to pick up some steaks to grill & eat out on the deck. It was just a tad too hot this time of year (July) for us older women to eat outside so we're saving that for a fall or spring trip back.My family and I travel often & I have never had a more positive or pleasant experience w/ communication w/ the owner. Joe always answered any questions quickly, thoroughly & was absolutely awesome! One last thing: I had only shared pictures of this amazing home & included amenities with my husband & waited an agonizing 2 months to surprise my son, his family, my brother & his wife & my mother. When each of them arrived & toured the home & amenities, they were all ecstatic to see so many wonderful surprises on every floor!

Terri, pulling off a two-month surprise for nine family members across four generations is no small feat, and hearing that every floor delivered a new reveal is exactly what this place is designed for. The pool, hot tub, and theater covering everyone from age 8 to 92 is the kind of range that makes a big family trip genuinely easy. Fall and spring are the sweet spot for the deck and grill, so that return trip is well worth planning.

Good place. Flies were a problem. Did mot like taking our excessive trash to basically a construction dumpster. Lots of bugs in the lower level theater room floor. Only 1 set of jets ever worked on the hot tub. Lastly, just 1 stackable laundry station is not ideal. Outside of those issues it was a nice stay. AC worked well on each level.
