The kitchen features all brand new appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The open living room/dining area features a large comfortable sectional, a dining table with seating for 6, free WiFi and a smart tv where you can access all your favorite streaming services. The property has a private driveway with parking for up to 2 vehicles and a universal EV charger. There’s also a cozy back deck with a grill and an outdoor shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our week! Your house is lovely, so bright, and comfortable. And very clean. It’s awesome to have a driveway so we didn’t have to worry about parking on the street. We appreciated the additional beach chairs, and the beach badges provided too.

I live in Voorhees, NJ with my husband, 2 daughters, and our dog Chloe. We purchased this home last year so we could spend the summer months together at my favorite place to be, the beach!

Why they chose this property

We love Ventnor! It’s the perfect beach location! It’s just a short drive from home and right smack in the middle of all the best places down the shore. Takes less than 10 minutes to drive to AC, OC, or Margate. If you don’t feel like driving, there are plenty of amazing restaurants all within walking distance from our home. We really enjoy having easy access to the clean, quiet beach and Ventnor hosts all sorts of fun summer events including free concerts every week on the beach and an amazing farmer’s market every weekend.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because I’ve made it my own with all the comforts you would expect from home. All the beds are super cozy, the house is fully furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make an amazing meal at home. We also have our own private parking which comes in handy during those busy summer months when street parking is hard to find. The location is perfect! It’s only about 1 block to Ventnor Ave where all the good cafes and restaurants are located, about 3 blocks to the beach, and 1 block to the bay where I love watching the sunset over the water.
