 LOCATION: The beach is directly across the street, providing easy access for sand and surf; with a beach access point directly infront of the home.  You'll also find a grocery store, ice-cream shop, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife just a few blocks away, all within walking distance.  



FEATURES: Take advantage of a large swimming pool, open 24/7 for your relaxation and enjoyment. This property includes bed sheets, bath towels, and washcloths for your convenience. It is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, ready to accommodate your groups's needs.  Free parking is available on the property, with space for up to 8 cars. The in-unit laundry room includes both a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome, there is a $300 fee per pet that can be paid online or upon arrival.

The pool is shared with the neighboring house. Toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are NOT included, however, we will supply some to get your stay started. Students are welcome. For larger groups, the neighboring house (Blue Crab Bungalow) can be rented to accommodate up to a total of 46 guests.
