Me and my family had a great vacation staying at this house. This house was absolutely beautiful. It had all the amenities needed. I spent a good amount of my time hanging in the pool relaxing. The house was very clean and newly updated. I look forward to another stay at the Dolphin Villa. It was close to our favorite spots and within walking distance to Riviera Beach. When having any questions the host was very reliable and even checked in with us during our stay.

We stayed here for 8 nights for my son’s surgery. It was a very nice home in a safe neighborhood. The backyard was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home during his recovery period. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. It’s a great location for any family wanting to vacation at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit was clean, had everything we needed. Location was great because there was a park across the street with free beach access. We just couldn’t get the pool warm enough in the cool temperatures we encountered. Hot tub did warm up however.

The house was very clean. We had an issue with the pool and the company sent a representative out very quickly.I loved how close the house was to the beach!

I did not stay, my husband and son didn't buy they said the place the glass great! The only thing was they said the hot tub didn't stay hot enough- but he didn't reach out to the host, so I'm sure it would have been easy fix or setting. He likes the lay out and how close it was to the beach and things to do . We will stay again!

Wedding trip

Very nice and spacious house. Only suggestion would be a ceiling fan in the main and one other bedroom. Also could not figure out how to use the hot tub. I got a response from property management but I still couldn’t figure it out.

Quiet neighborhood in good location. Overall the house was decent, but cleanliness was an issue. All dishes had to be rewashed, bench in the shower was moldy, stains on furniture. We paid extra to get a house with a hot tub but could never get the hot tub to heat up. Dealing with a management company rather than the owner directly led to poor communication and dealing with a customer service person located in California.

A Month at Dolphin

Beautiful pool, hot tub and backyard. Nice home and neighborhood. There is no remote for the hot tub/pool so you need to get out of the tub and walk across stones to change temp or turn on/off jets. There are no instructions for anything in the house; pool, tv’s, appliances. A welcome book would be nice. Ad say no pets but previous tenant had dogs. Kitchen not well equipped.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
One Star because Zero is not Possible. Terrible is a word that does come to mind. From the first moment to the last. This property is ran by an obvious slum lord company. Just because there is a Publix nearby doesn't mean it is in a safe neighborhood. Spa didn't work. No Refund. Insects in the building. No Refund. Stains on the Furniture . No Refund. Dead animals in the Freezer. No Refund. Red Slime Mold and Black Mold in the bathroom No Refund. Rusty fixtures. Dirty soiled hand Prints on the ceiling walls, and upholstery. Odor of MJ throughout. Tiny decorative outdoor furniture that is unusable. The cleaners placed moldy towels out for guest use. Tried to allow the company to send out a technician to fix the Spa discrepancy during my stay but they failed to do so. Really an overall BAD experience. Doubt they can recover from this. Every single guest should be given an apology.

The propert was much nicer in person then the pictures show. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door. Check in easy and smooth. Only suggestion I would have we needed to google how to use the stove top and oven. Directions would be helpful. The outside area was great! Had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back
