Unit was small but clean. Excellent bed. Descent from parking area was more stairs than I expected-- 9 + 7. Suggest that more lamps or lights for reading in living room area be provided. It seemed to be set up for TV viewing, not for reading a book. Also, there should be ice cube trays available, if no automatic icemaker.
