We loved every aspect of this property! The communication with the property management team was excellent at every point. Great space, beautiful furnishings, fabulous location - top notch experience. We will definitely stay here for future visits.
We were visiting our son in Denver--and the location of the property was superb! Easy to get to the mountains, downtown Denver and lots of restaurants and parks to walk to right outside the door. Place was clean, comfortable and property was as described. We will definitely be back--
Clean, great location and beautifully appointed space on trendy Tennyson Street! This is our second time staying here - and there will be many more. Property management is great with communication - very responsive to all needs. Top of the line accommodation! So happy we found it...
This is a perfect place to stay near downtown Denver. The hotel/apartment is clean and new.
Very comfortable and quiet.
We did have a little hiccup with the early check-in because the cleaners were still there at our check-in time, but the owner replied in a timely manner and refunded the early check-in fee.
Neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants, breweries and bakeries nearby.
Would definitely stay here again.
The property was clean and well equipped and was all my son and I needed for some bonding time. Easy to get to many hikes and golf courses. We had a great time in Denver and surrounding area...people were so nice and the natural beauty is off the charts. Hope to return some day...maybe when it's cooler!
The accommodations were perfect for a father and son getaway. We were close to Coors Field, amazing hikes and challenging golf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friendly Denver folks helping us out along the way. The flat had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, and was a nice place to cool down (unusually hot during our June stay) and catch some playoff basketball. The communication and directions were excellent as well. We hope to come again as there is so much to do and see.
When we walked through the door of the property we were like WOOOW! The pictures did this place no justice. The air purifier was such a huge benefit. I actually ordered us one for home it helped so much. The location was perfect and I would give 10 stars if it was an option. We have now found our Denver CO location to always stay at.
The property itself was great. Updated, comfy, and location was excellent. But you must be VERY quiet. There are cameras watching outside of the rooms. Immediately at 10:02 I got a text that there were multiple complaints of a party. It was me, and 3 of my friends, giggling as we played Catch Phrase. Not your typical rager. Then another text a few minutes later. We felt obligated to just go to bed. Probably a good place if you like to be really quiet. Not a good place if you’re trying to have a nice vacation with friends.
Wonderfully located property along Tennyson St. The unit was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and fire pit. There were so many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
