My family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed all that the cabin has to offer! The pool and hot tub were both very clean. The entire cabin is beautiful and well maintained. The owner was helpful and very responsive to all our questions.

Our family had an incredible stay at this cabin in the Smoky Mountains! From the moment we pulled up, we knew we were in for something special. The cabin was warm, welcoming, and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home.The layout was perfect for our family — plenty of space for the kids to play, and cozy common areas where we could all relax together. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook meals. The indoor pool was a nice bonus! Highly recommend!

The cabin was godd the cleaning crew missed a bunch of spots in the cabin. The remote in the livingroom didn’t work ,the remote downstairs had dead batteries , and we found dirty clothes in the children’s room. The check in was easy and i had no issues with.

Overall, our stay was disappointing because the property did not match the listing, and several maintenance issues affected our experience.The most concerning issue was water leaking from the ceiling directly onto the bed in the downstairs bedroom, which raised cleanliness concerns.There were also multiple maintenance problems throughout the property. The shower in the main-level bedroom had a handheld shower head that would not stay attached to the wall, so it had to be held the entire time while showering. The downstairs TV was already broken, the fireplace made a loud screeching noise when turned on, and the pool table had a tear in the playing surface.Several advertised amenities were also missing or not as described. The listing mentioned a mountain view, but there wasn’t one from the property. Cornhole was listed, but only the beanbags were provided—there were no boards. The pool was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor.I reported these issues to the host during our stay. While the host was kind and responsive, I also felt pressured regarding the review process, with repeated comments about how a 4-star review would negatively affect the property’s rating. I believe reviews should reflect guests’ honest experiences, and unfortunately ours did not match the expectations set by the listing.
