Welcome to our large 250 sqm house with spa and lake view, just outside Stockholm.
A comfortable, bright and spacious house with 6 bedrooms, sleeping 11, perfect for a large group.

Located high and sunny with a great view and a private secluded garden in a natural setting with a large deck - only 200 meters to the lake.

The house offers everything for a pleasant stay - the perfect mix of being close to beautiful nature and getting to the city in less than 35 minutes by bus, or 20 minutes by car!

This house is comfortably and nicely furnished for large groups to enjoy both nature, the lake and Stockholm city. Sun all day and a fantastic sunset over the lake when you hang out on the terrace and by the pool.

The accommodation has fantastic light in with large windows from all sides. Large social areas and a private garden. It is good for, for example, two families as there is a kitchen and bathroom on each floor if needed.

- Top floor:
Open floor plan with a generous living room, a social fully equipped kitchen for lovely socializing and comfortable armchairs in front of the wood-burning stove. 2 dining areas for 10 and 6 people. Large sofa group with 46 inch TV with Cromecast and Netflix etc.

2nd floor:
There are 3 bedrooms with 180 cm and 120 cm bed and a 130 cm (sofa bed).
A luxurious large bathroom with whirlpool, shower and sauna.
There are 3 exits to the large, 100 m2, privacy-protected balcony with pool surrounded by forest and mountains, and with a sofa group and dining area for 6-8 people. Sun all day!
At the front of the house there is also a terrace with evening sun that has a dining area with space for 10 people, under cover.

- Lower floor:
Entreplan has a large living room with sofa group by the wood stove and a TV.
There is also a large dining table (8 p) for game nights etc. We have many board games for those who want to borrow.
There are 3 bedrooms with 120 cm, 140 cm and a bunk bed and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room.

You can close off the living room facing the hall so that it becomes like your own apartment, for example if you are two families.

There is a comfortable laundry room with washing machine and dryer (incl. washing detergent and softner), drying rack, iron, etc.

In four of the bedrooms there are good workstations with monitors.

OTHER:
• Toddlers: We have a baby bed, high chair and a safety gate by the stairs upstairs, for families with toddlers. The Swim spa is covered with a lid when not in use.
• We have two large portable BT speakers that can be used indoors and outdoors.
• A large Weber gas grill, as well as a Weber charcoal grill are available.
• Double fully equipped kitchens are available.
• The house has an electronic lock and guests do not need to use keys.
• We have a dog, so the house is not suitable for allergy sufferers.
• Swimspa is open from the beginning of May to the end of October - but we also have a sauna and whirlpool in the bathroom.
• There are traces of us in the house, since we live there.
• Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, as well as 1 on the street.
• Access to the full house except the garage.
