The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not strip the beds. The cleaners will take care of this during their cleaning process. Return the Park Pass and the Golf Cart key to the hook on the water heater.
Dispose of all trash in the dumpster in the front entrance of the parking lot. Remove all perishables and groceries from the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The person who books the property must be present. If the person on the agreement isn't present, occupants may be asked to leave without a refund.
A gate pass is needed for all drivers coming on the island.Gate passes can't be transferred to any other person.Owner must issue passes for security.
The property is intended to be occupied by no more than 5 people. If more than 5 checkin to the property, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view off of the decks! Was amazing watching the ocean and the dolphins. Very convenient location to the golf course where my son was playing a tournament with his college. The golf cart was a nice feature to be able to explore the island.

This cottage was wonderful for our family of 4. It was very clean and the views of the ocean were gorgeous. The host, Tracie, was as kind and attentive. She was available for any questions and went above and beyond! We used the pool and it was quiet and clean. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach which was amazing! We will stay here again!

This property and host deserve more than five stars. The view of the ocean from both downstairs and upstairs porches was amazing. We saw dolphins immediately after arriving! Vacation getaway

We had the best time on Fripp Island and Coastline Cottage was Amazing. Tracie is very responsive and so easy to work with. She reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed to make our vacation amazing.! Coastline College has beautiful views and the cottage was super clean! An extra added bonus was the golf cart. We rode around on the golf cart every day, enjoying the scenery and wildlife! Don’t miss out on this gem of a vacation rental! My husband and I said it was the best location on the island!

Relaxing beach getaway

My husband and I recently stayed at Coastline Cottage for a quick getaway after Christmas. We had a very relaxing time in this charming 2- story cottage and loved the decor as well as all the thoughtful additions. It was very nice to have the use of the golf cart which allowed us to explore the island and have easy access to a lot and f different parts of the beach.We were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket and the owner had very good communication throughout the whole process. Why they chose this property

We love the feeling of relaxation that Fripp offers. There is so much wildlife and beautiful scenery to behold. The golf cart rides provide a great way to relax and enjoy the island. The place just has such a unique beach experience.

What makes this property unique

The view is by far the best feature of this property. From both the lower and upper level of the home, you have amazing views of the ocean, boats passing by, occasional dolphins passing by and it all overlooks the pool as well. It provides a very unique experience.
