OCEAN AROSS THE STREET. This is a comfortable little apartment with just a quick walk to the sand! This cozy home away from home allows you to enjoy everything that Southern California has to offer. There is a fully equipped kitchen including all appliances you may need to prepare all of the meals that you desire. The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and the living room is equipped with a 32 inch flat screen TV which gives you cable access and FREE WIFI access for your internet needs. There is a queen sofa sleeper for 2 people in the living room. The bathroom is in the bedroom. 1 small dog under 15 lbs may be considered, if approved $100 pet fee, sorry no cats. No over sized vehicles are allowed in the one assigned parking space. All other vehicles must use the paid parking on street. This is a NO SMOKING property, no smoking is allowed in the units, patios or anywhere in common areas.
