We were able to access all our activities easily; we loved our visit. The house was clean, well stocked and perfect. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have a driveway to park in. The house was dog friendly and nice sidewalk to walk our pup.

Fantastic experience in a perfect location.

Perfect place to stay that’s close to both the arena and baseball stadium. The house is spotless - and we felt safe walking back late at night. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, bed and living room furniture was super comfy. Highly recommend!

Definitely will keep this property in mins for the future! It was exactly what we expected, lots of rooms/beds, very clean. We did not have to contact the owner during our stay as everything was great but she was very responsive before our stay when we had a few questions. Loved the keypad so we didnt have to worry abouy losing a key!

Buffalo Trip

Property was ok and proximity to downtown was great, but the neighborhood was not good and not safe. I wish we would have known about the neighborhood prior to the trip. We are not familiar enough with Buffalo to realize this was not a good spot to be in. Our Uber driver and people we ran into told us it was not a very safe area.

Perfect location for events at riverworks in Buffalo

House had well equipped kitchen and room for 7 people. We utilized the basement beds also along with the 3 bedrooms. 30 minutes from Canada and 7/8 minutes from riverworks. Added an extra day on the reservation with ease but VRBO did charge additional fee

Close to breweries and easy drive to Niagara

Property adequately appointed for family gathering, including extra places to stay in the basement where the washer/dryer were. The modern kitchen was very nice with what we needed to fix breakfast and enough room for us to spread out and make our plans and eat. Parking was easy for the extra car we had, and the immediate neighborhood was fine, not far from town (walking distance even). We did note that going a little ways the opposite direction from town would be a neighborhood not to take a morning jog through, but it was fine for just traveling through in a car. We found the convenience of being near the highway as well as good places to eat were the true bonuses for this place. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked, even though we were there during a heat wave. Would recommend, especially if traveling with pets and more family. Compliments to the owner for making a super easy check out as well as leaving enough toilet paper for our stay! (not just a starter roll in each bathroom, which is annoying if you are only staying 3-4 days).
