About the host
Hosted by Jason

My wife and I are business owners and parents to four awesome kids. We work from home mostly but are out and about often as well. We started managing our first vacation rental about 12 years ago. It has been an amazing experience and we are happy to continue sharing our space with you and hope you create incredible, lasting memories during your stay.
Why they chose this property
You know, picking this neighborhood was a no-brainer for us. It's that perfect sweet spot. The beauty just hits you every day, and the peace? It's like a reset button. Having the wildlife around is such a cool bonus – you never know what you might see! Quail, Roadrunners, coyote, owls, desert tortoise, etc. Plus, there's that real county feel, which I love for the space and quiet. But the best part? I can still find anything and everything I could need in the Phoenix valley without any hassle. It's like having a tranquil escape that's still totally connected. Couldn't ask for more, really.
