Our spacious and comfortable home is centrally located just minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, giving you easy access to dining, entertainment, shopping, and nightlife while still offering a private place to relax and unwind, making it the perfect place for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

Outdoor space
Enjoy your own private backyard with a refreshing swimming pool, spa, covered patio, outdoor dinning area and BBQ grill - perfect for relaxing after a fun day in Las Vegas.

Spa heating
Spa heating is available by request and must be requested at least
24 hours before arrival.
The spa heating fee is $50 per day and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay.
Please allow time for the spa to heat, as heating time may very depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.

Please note: The pool is not heated.

The space
Designed for comfort and convenience, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender, formal dining room, separate living room area, game room with pool table and Smart TV, washer and dryer. The home offers 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds (4 beds total). Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with a sofa bed in the living room.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect the home and neighbors.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• ANY GATHERING MUST BE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME- NO EXCEPTIONS.
•NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
•No pets allowed

Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in an additional charge of $1,000 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Missing or damaged items: Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost.

Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup of for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage.

Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, unauthorized pets, or rule violations.

If any issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to address them as quickly as possible. Please contact us through Vrbo messages on the same day the issue occurs so we can provide a timely response.

Other things to note:
•Bed linens, décor, furniture colors, and certain small household items may vary slightly from photos due to updates, maintenance, or normal replacement.
•Exterior security cameras are located at the front, sides, and backyard areas of the property for safety and local compliance. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
•Noise monitoring devices may be present as required by local regulations.
•Routine maintenance such as landscaping or pool service may occasionally take place during daytime hours.
•The pool and spa are outdoor amenities and may naturally be affected by weather, wind, leaves, dust, rain, or seasonal conditions.
•The garage is not included.
•The property also includes a small fully separate private apartment with its own entrance and no shared indoor spaces. It may occasionally be occupied by friends, family, tenants or other guests, and normal exterior sounds may sometimes be heard.
