This property offers a Large Master suite (king bed) plus three large secondary bedrooms all on the 1st floor(3 queens) and a fifth bedroom on the second floor (4 twins) available ONLY when 8 or more guests book. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances, an open Dining/Family room layout great for family gatherings with big screen TV and ROKU. Master bath with large tub (not spa) and step-in shower. Two additional full bathrooms with shower/tubs on first floor. Walk directly into unit from attached garage. Unit stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen is equipped with all the cooking and serving items needed. Keurig coffee maker, cooktop, oven, standard (no dispenser) refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room inside unit with washer/dryer/ironing accessories and complimentary paper products for short term stays. Private patio with table and seating. Yard access for all guests. Free off street parking in private driveway as well as two car garage.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. In fact, an entire floor we didn't need. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were all modern and in good shape. Location was perfect for us, right on the edge of Peach Tree and Tyrone. Close to shops and restaurants. Steve was easy to work with and replied to every messages very promptly. Check in was a breeze. I am looking forward to staying here on a future trip to Peach Tree! Thanks Alan & Holli.
