Fully equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. Open Dining/Family room area with big screen TV, Roku & Wireless. Large Master suite (king bed) plus three large secondary bedrooms all on 1st floor(3 queens) and a fifth bedroom on second floor (4 twins) available only when 8 or more guests book. Master bath with large tub (not spa) and step-in shower. Two additional full bathrooms with shower/tubs on first floor. Walk directly into unit from attached garage. Unit stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen is equipped with all the cooking and serving items needed. Kurieg coffee maker, cooktop, oven, standard (no dispenser)refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room inside unit with washer/dryer/ironing accessories. Private patio with table and seating. Yard access for all guests.

The home was easy to find and was in a perfect location to the places we needed to be around Peachtree City and Newnan. Large comfortable main living area. The kitchen had everything we needed. If you have a large group, this is the place to stay! Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel invaded, but you can also come together as a group and not feel cramped. We had 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) and it was perfect. You will not be disappointed!
