Located on the cu-de-sac with no back door neighbors in a gated community, this spacious 2 story villa features marble floors throughout, huge master bedroom with it's own yoga room, a covered and screened-in lanai. Cable, wifi, TV in every room. BBQ grill. There is a wetlands view from the patio. It is so peaceful you will want to stay.
The space
Downstairs is a living room and dining room. An open concept kitchen with a second living room with TV and dining area. Plus half bath The sliders open out onto the patio.
Upstairs There are 3 queen bedrooms and a huge master with its own yoga room.
Other things to note
Heat for the pool and spa is $15 a day.
