Very nice and spacious condo. Had everything we needed. Especially happy with complementary beach chairs and Brayden the beach guy! Also location was ideal for excursions to Destin and boardwalk. Highly recommend!

This was a great condo! If there was something we needed, we would look around and there it was. A tropical storm came through while we were there and it was big and comfortable enough to not get cabin fever. The access to the beach and beach chairs was great.

Perfect Spot For Sports Tournament Travelers

Property was at least as good as pictured. Beach access was awesome. Also conveniently located to the fields we played at for the 14U Gulf Coast World Series. Owners were helpful, and we enjoyed the recommended restaurants.

Truly Paradise

This condo was everything my family needed for a weekend getaway. It was beautifully decorated, welcoming and calming. The views were amazing. The owners thought of everything including beach toys and a cooler!

Quiet and Peaceful with amazing views

I stayed at the Penthouse Paradise for a week of work in the area instead of a hotel. It was so nice having the comforts of home while away. Even though it was Spring Break, the place was still quiet and Peaceful. Very glad I decided to stay here and would stay again next trip.

Condo was spacious and loved the separate laundry room instead of the stackable washer/dryer combos in most rentals. Views were beautiful! Enjoyed using the extra beach chairs to watch the sunset in evenings. The kitchen was larger than most and had everything we needed to prepare meals.

The Penthouse Paradise lived up to expectations!! It’s beautifully decorated for beach vibes and relaxing. The hosts provide so many extras for guests’ comfort, like towels, chairs, beach service and many kitchen supplies. The view from the 7th floor is amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this past week. The unit is on the top floor, which provides a most excellent view of the coast and without the annoying sounds of people walking in the unit above you. The unit was well appointed with a groovy beach theme. We appreciated the quality carpet in the master bedroom, and nice size walk in closet. The beds were comfy…memory foam in the mid range in regards to firmness. No Keurig but the coffee maker did the trick (coffee and filters were provided). The AC worked magnificently, which is a hot button for us. Beach chairs and umbrella are complementary with the stay, but get out to the beach before 8 to lay your claim, as there are a limited number of them. Publix grocery store and a convenience store are less than 10 minutes away. Unfortunately during the majority of our stay there were strong storms and rough seas…double red flag days with no swimming allowed. The refuge of this rental helped made it fun, despite the weather. We’ll definitely be back!
