Over 1600 sf of comfy, cozy condo beach living in a very spacious 2 BD / 2 BA that sleeps 6 with a 32' OCEAN FRONT balcony that overlooks the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Mexico! Stay 7 nights and get 10% off your booking! 2BR/2BA gulf front condo with amazing GULF VIEWS (sleeps 6).

Expansive gulf front 32' ocean front balcony is larger than most units on the island! Relax and enjoy the beautiful 3rd floor views of the sand and surf. SurfDweller features over 400ft of beach frontage, community pool w/ sundeck, kiddie pool, picnic area, parking fitness center, elevators, tennis/pickleball courts and 2 parking passes. Stay 7 nights and get 10% off your booking!

2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set are included with the rental. You just go down and talk to the beach attendant (they are on the right as you come off the boardwalk) and tell them what unit number you’re staying in. They’ll assign you where your beach set up is daily (March 1 to October 31).
Beach towels and assorted toys are located in the condo’s laundry room.

2 parking passes are included in your stay and it is open parking, so pick any spot on the property. There is NO assigned parking. 1st come, 1st served. The parking passes are on the kitchen counter. You need to fill them out on your arrival and place it on your dashboard to be seen ASAP. All others will be towed at Owner's Expense and we will not be held accountable. The building security monitors this closely!


Quiet hours must be respected between 9pm and 9am.

Please leave sand on the beach and wash feet and beach toys before entering the condo. Quiet time is between 9 am - 9 pm. Pool closes at 9pm.
Please clean up and dispose of all trash either in the trash chute located by the elevator or in the dumpster on the first floor and turn off lights.
