Single family Oasis in the middle of OTR with expansive outdoor rooftop and FREE PARKING in secured garage on the same block. A sophisticated pied a terre fully equipped for quiet nights in or exciting adventures at local restaurants, lively sporting events (Nearby FC, Bengals, Reds), Broadway shows, Music Hall, & City Wide downtown events. Parking is taken care of and the option to pop in and out of your own private residence makes these events even better!
Parking: We have one parking spot at the MERCER PARKING GARAGE directly off off MERCER STREET AND VINE ST. You will need to check into the house first and grab the labeled pass and then move your car into the garage. You can park in any unmarked spot. Failure to return the parking pass will result in a $250 dollar fine.
