Our stay was absolutely lovely! Roy was a great host, very responsive before and during our stay. The home was spacious and there was plenty of room for 10 women- living area was comfortable for visiting. Pool area was great. Nice quiet neighborhood, safe and close to Publix, coffee shops and restaurants.

Perfect Getaway & Amazing Host

Our stay was absolutely perfect. It was clean, great location, plenty of space for all of us, and most of all amazing communication with the host. We loved our time here and will definitely look to stay at this property again in the future.

The best retreat you can do in Hollywood Florida

The stay was amazing the host Roy a real top tier that was helping me even to find my dog that ran away via app the house it self really cozy and beautiful ambiente all the stores restaurants close by so it’s literally perfect

We had a great experience at this beautiful home! The pool was a big hit my family enjoyed it. The home was clean and well stocked. The house was also in a good neighborhood and very quiet! Roy was very responsive and accommodating!

The property overall was very nice and clean, everything was up-to-date. Our only issues was the code to the door did not work when we arrived. We were able to enter the home through the back door because it was left unlocked. The maintenance guy did not come and fix the code lock until 8PM so we had to leave the back door unlock when we went out on the first day. The host Roy was very supportive and responsive. We asked for early check in and he was able to confirm this for us which was very helpful with our early arrival flight. Highly recommended.

About our experience at your place. Pros:Location is - GoodHost Communication- Amazing. Host arranged the the early check in and late check out based on availability. Thank you for that. The house is spacious and enough for a group of 6-8 .The house is a quiet place and has all the necessary kitchen supplies. ConsIts an old house . Poor maintenance and broken closet furniture. Cracked ceiling and molded ac vents.I understand the house is quite old with renovated bathroom and living room but rooms needs to be maintained and closets needs to be upgraded. On the picture, everything looks so beautiful and perfect, but when you get inside the house, those ceiling and old style closets are killing the whole impression and we had the feeling like we’ve been tricked by those pictures provided on the listing. Overall it was an OK experience. I personally think it was overpriced for the condition of the house.
