Two Bedroom Condo @ Spring Brook Resort

Escape the overcrowding and enjoy your next Dells trip with many of the conveniences of home. This spacious condo comes with two bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests total. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. Each is furnished with a 32" TV.

The well appointed full kitchen features Corian® countertops and name brand appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The unit also offers a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of eating utensils and cookware. The dining area provides a large extension table with seating for 8. Additional guest seating is available at the kitchen counter. The pine accented wall in the living room pairs well with the stone fire place, 42" TV and queen-size leather sleeper sofa. A love seat, accent chair and coffee table -great for entertaining- complete the cozy living area. The condo offers two full bathrooms. The first is in the Master bedroom while the other is in the common area. Both are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. For added convenience an iron, ironing board and washer and dryer are also provided. Home and office are just a click away with complimentary Wi-Fi. Or grab a cocktail and leave it all behind at the outdoor seating provided on the balcony.

The Cedar Stone Condos-Suites are directly across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Condo sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. $250 Security Deposit Required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older. This is a upper level unit. Please note, there is not an elevator.

Our host was great. Very responsive and accommodating. We loved the unit new and clean and well appointed. The club house and indoor pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing and the attached restaurant and bar was a bonus having it the same building! Thank you again for a great stay

Big property, great amenities

We had a wonderful stay at Spring Brook Resort. The condo felt huge with big rooms. Staff were friendly and having the bar and grill available when we were at the pool was great. Having laundry on site and two bathrooms were a big plus. It was nice to be just outside of downtown and have green space to look at. We will plan to stay again.

Great Dells getaway condo

Condo overall was nice and compact. However, it would be nice to have non-stick pans. We only made breakfast, but pans sure hard to clean afterwards. Also, a salt and pepper shaker would of been nice, too. Would definitely stay there again, very close to all the Dells activities, but nice open area

Well equipped and perfect for long weekend

Overall, this property is perfect for a long weekend. We had a family of 4 in this 2BR 2BA condo. Below are the few things that we liked/disliked - Kitchen had plenty of dishware, but the non-stick pans were not so "nonstick." - Beds were comfortable - Towels felt like sandpaper. The water is very hard, so I imagine this impacts the feel of the towels. - The second bedroom with two beds has only one drawer space. A larger dresser would be nice, considering this condo can sleep up to 8. There would not be room to store all teh belongings of 8 people in this condo. - The condo number in our check in procedures did not match the condos. E.G. 2021 + 202A. - The check in procedures did not tell us that we needed to lock our door with the key code each time we left. We left our door unlocked unknowingly. Thank goodness nothing was taken.

Great Location!

Great Location. The only issue I had was that the dishwasher didn’t work and the tv in Master Bedroom is very small. And the living room is small as well. I would suggest upgrading them to smart tvs. Also, I would suggest airing out the place when you have a booking because there was a funny smell I guess due to the property not being occupied. Other than that no other issues.

Pool was great. Restaurant was okay. The highway traffic was so loud it took away from sitting on the balcony. They balcony was filthy with cigarette ashes. It was a great size for a family of four. We would probably stay there again.

Great location, basically a hotel.

This is a decent place and there are many good things about the unit. Beds super comfy, nice location, built well with nice furnishings. We received dishwasher tabs, soaps and hotel mini toiletry shampoos, which was really nice. There were lots of silverware and glasses and every room had a ceiling fan that ran with a separate switch from the lights, very convenient. The bad... very poor quality cookware and nothing to put leftovers in! No plastic lidded containers, tupperware, etc... none.?!?!? The dishwasher does not clean well and takes over 3 hours to run. The dryer has a very loud buzzer that cannot be disabled. You have to check in and out at the guest office like a hotel, my swipe cards kept failing. There were no instructions about how or where to check in so we wandered around trying to figure it out and re-checked messages from vrbo, but hadnt received anything so I finally found my way to the guest office, which is apparently what you are supposed to do. Neighbors are easy to hear just like a hotel. Especially the windows, anyone outside sounds like they are right in the living room with you. Also, there is no elevator and this on the 2nd floor. Ok for us, but probably an important detail since not everyone can easily use stairs. To activate the shower you have to pull down the part of the faucet where water comes out for the tub. My sister couldn’t figure it out and it took me a while. No salt or pepper for use, good thing we brought our own. The toilets are hard to flush and super loud! It wakes everyone in the middle of the night.
