Welcome to 201A – Two Bedroom Condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
- Please note, in accordance with local regulations and other policies, we do not provide: Shampoo, conditioner, or body wash

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you'd like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.

Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

My friends and I had a wonderful girls trip. The condo was clean and spacious enough for our group of 5. Loved having a keypad for entry. The pool and hot tub was also very nice.

Great place and location

We really enjoyed our stay. We went with another couple to do some hiking and enjoy a weekend away. The locations was perfect for us, and the condo was great. Exactly what we needed.

Family vacation

I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the dells. It was large enough for our family of 6. It was cleans and not to far from all the dells attractions.

Pool and hot tub were crowded. Restaurant was empty, unclear if it was open. Skipped it and went into town. Unit was clean and nice, just lacked some personality. For the price, our visit underwhelmed but would try it in the summer when outdoor pool is open.

Great quiet location but close to everything!

Wonderful clean property and it’s exactly as listed! The pool is really nice and warm. It’s really nice being in a neighborhood setting with open green space and a playground yet you’re only 5 minutes from all the downtown dells action! You’re also so close to amazing hiking trails! The property managers are very nice and helpful!

Weekend Away

Our unit was very clean and has a great location. We were about 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Dells and that was perfect for our family. Great communication from the managers. We were across the street from the pool so that was convenient too. I would stay there again!

A great time for all!

We had a wonderful time! The location of the property was ideal- close to every thing. The kids loved the two pools and we used them both many times as the weather was either hot or rainy. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. There was a missing remote for the main tv and the maintenance guy was there within minutes and brought a new one. We have nothing but good to say about Springbrook Resorts!

Perfect for a group

Came up for a mom/kid ski weekend at Cascade with two families. With moms in one room and kids in the other we had plenty of room for 4 teens to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace after a day skiing.

Girls weekend

This was a great property for us. The living room and fireplace are very comfortable and relaxing, kitchen was well equipped. We did not take advantage of the pool during our stay, but it looked really nice. The condo, fitness room and pool area were all very clean. We would definitely stay again and maybe bring the husbands and children next time.

Wonderful location and ease of process

Wonderful stay. Close to the wedding we were attending. The check in process was so easy. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is that there was very little sound barrier between mine and the one next to mine. Otherwise it was great!

Hot tub was warm, not super hot. Cold water was pouring into it from one of the spouts even. In the middle of dinner, we found out the stove didn’t work. Property management was very quick to respond and offered an alternative. Though slightly inconvenient, they rectified immediately. I was very impressed. Highway was loud if sat outside. For us, the property worked out perfectly.

Clean, adequate stay

The space was clean and comfortable. The rental agent communicated information needed for our stay. The price seemed high for the amenities available. The rental could use more lighting and tables in the living area. Furnishings were stark, but beds were comfortable. It served our purpose. It is in a great location if you wish to visit Devil's Lake and Mirror Lake State Parks.

Perfect location

In the Dells for a wedding and this was in a great location from the venue. Check-in was great and getting to the condo was easy. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the place with all the ceiling fans covered in dirt so did not even try to turn them on. The dishwasher was still full of dishes from the people before us. Stayed for two nights and was awakened at 3:00 both nights by loud music and thumping coming from the condo below us. Could have used an extra chair or recliner in the living area. The place has great possibilities but overall was a little underwhelming. Would really like to stay here again with a little more care put into the place.

Constructive criticism

While our stay was superb, there were a few things to note for potential improvement. First was cooling issues in bedrooms as they were warm at night even when we had thermostat set at 71 degrees. This is hard to figure a solution since the area in the condo is small. Another minor issue was the road noise from I-90. The only way for this to be reduced is to have sound barrier walls built so I doubt this can be resolved. Last issue was the fire pit. It wasn’t clear if we got firewood from the front desk or if we had to buy some ourselves. As a result, we didn’t utilize this feature.

Close, convenient, clean

This is a great place! Lots of room, close to Walmart and Downtown Dells. The pool was great. Two small issues. The hallway smelled like someone just made canned corned beef hash. (The dogfood kind). The second bedroom didn't have a dresser, which would have been handy. This is my second time renting here, and both times were fantastic.
