The villa features two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, separate open-plan living area, with well equipped kitchen, separate dining and comfortable, romantic sitting space and private pool.

The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, offering views to the garden and swimming pool. They are decorated with taste and with nice combination of colors. Luxurious king-size beds with comfortable pillows and high thread count sheets and mosquitos nets will contribute to your healthy, recuperating sleep.

The Neighborhood

The Villa is ideal located for guests who want to be a bit out of busy Seminyak but still want to be close to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. All of this is in just few minutes on bike or taxi from the villa.

Villa is close to many of Bali's finest restaurant. It's a mere 800 mt walk to popular Metis, Sardine,Barbacoa, whilst being just at 5 minutes drive to the beach. World renowned venues like KU DE TA, Ppteato Head, Motel Mexicola, Sarong and Mamasan are easily accessible with 5 minutes tax. On this quiet street the villa is located on you will find many stunning rice fields whilst it has becoming a popular "eat street" with several lovely and busy cafes just 300 mt up the streets.

Getting Around

We here to arrange all transfert airport (upon request and extra charge), and also give you all advice you need for any transport in Bali.
Taxi is available at the end of the street. Normal wait is less than 3 minutes.
Bike are available on request for only $45 per day.

Other Things to Note

Please respect this villa as if it were your own, as you would like others to treat your house if you were to rent it.
Smoking is tolerated in open living areas. It is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas.
Staff is here to facilitate your stay and making it the most enjoyable possible. Please treat them with care. If there's any problem, contact me as soon as possible.
Laundry service is provided for all linen and towels. If you need towels to be washed, place them in the washing baskets provided.
Personal laundry will be brought to a professionnal laundry for cleaning and ironing. Please allow at least 24hours for this service. The price is on extra cost and the bill will be provide with your returning clothes.
About Safety please do not leave valuables outside, use safety box provided and lock bedrooms when away. The villa and the management decline any responsability of loss damage.

I also hope you will enjoy the company of my two cats, CARLO and CAMILLA, and my little cow shy dog TITINA. All animals taken from the streets and brought back to life. They might be a bit peculiar, all in Bali, including people, are... But that's the fun of it!!! Sometime, if electricity goes down for some reason there must be the chance to be without water in the bathroom. Doesn't happen were often but this is bali. The Komang , our service lady, will buy enough water to have for the time electricity will go off. This happens almost everywhere, unless you rent a very huge villa with the electro gen group.but it really happened not often.
