Beautiful ocean views - Steps to the beach or pool

Welcome to our 2 BR/ 2 BA condo. This is a 2nd row, top 3rd floor end unit. Here you will find amazing views of the ocean as well as the beach. Just a few short steps across the street will take you to the beach or you can head to one of the two pools available. You can take a 10 minute walk to visit the north pier and grab a drink at the Tiki bar or walk to the sound access for fishing or launching a kayak a few blocks away. The Boardwalk is about 1 mile south of the condo. Prime season rental days start and end on Saturday however nightly rates are available 2 weeks prior to check in. Linens and towels are provided. Condo is equipped with a video doorbell for an added layer of security.

We had a great 14 days here! Lots of stairs as it’s at the top floor. And had a problem with the dryer drying but Angie was quick to have someone there to fix!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This property is located directly across the street from the BEAUTIFUL Carolina Beach and within walking distance of the pier (with a Tiki bar on it), and a bit farther from the boardwalk/shopping activities (or by driving/ golfcart taxi). You are a 38-minute drive (with traffic) to downtown Wilmington and all it has to offer, and not far from all of the other beaches in this beautiful area. The parking is directly below the condo, and we had no problem with two vehicles. The pool is great for cooling off. We didn't spend much time in the condo as there is SO much to do in this area! Thank you for the amazing vacation with our family. We loved it and will be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. Angie was wonderful to work with and communicated exceptionally well throughout our trip. We had an issue with the A/C after being there a couple of days, but she responded immediately and had it resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated.The location was a huge plus. It's just a short, easy walk to the beach, and while it's not oceanfront, the partial ocean view was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable, the showers had plenty of hot water, and the washer and dryer worked great.One of our favorite spots was the porch. The couch cushions were unfortunately worn, mildewed, and still soaked from a recent storm, so we couldn't use them. However, the high-top table and chairs were perfect, and we enjoyed several evenings there sharing meals and conversation. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach.The reserved parking was a great convenience, though navigating to the rear parking spaces can be a little tight, especially with a larger vehicle. Also, this is a third-floor unit with stairs only, but after all the great beach food, we decided the climb was a good way to work it off!Overall, this is a comfortable, well-equipped condo in a great location, and Angie clearly cares about her guests. We'd definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect location for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and the pier and took the golf cart to the boardwalk. Very quiet end of the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and morning. Angie was quick to response to all our concerns and had great recommendations since this was our first time at CB.
