Apache Junction House w/ Heated Pool, 3 bedroom 2 bath

Very cute 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Apache Junction with its own private swimming pool.

Relax in the heated pool or by the fire pit after spending the day exploring the local lakes, golf courses, and hiking trails that are right outside your door. The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees, so you can enjoy it any time of the year.

If you have ever been to Apache Junction in the past, you understand why so many winter visitors return year after year to enjoy the true southwest desert environment and all its natural beauty.

The house is furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay like it was your own home: queen-sized beds in each room, a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, pot & pans, coffee maker, etc.

We take pride in keeping the house extra clean upon your arrival as well as provide extra sheets, blankets, and towels.

In addition, we do not live too far away and are always around if you need anything, even if it’s just a recommendation on how to spend the day. Feel free to call us anytime.

Rates include heating of pool (pool is run by electric heat pump and is set to 85 degrees... Pump will run 8 hours each day but there is no guarantee of temp especially on very cold days.. This is why there is no additional fee to heat the pool)

Loved the location for what we wanted to do on the east side of Phoenix area. Location to Mesa Gateway, restaurants and some shopping was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. We didn't eat at the home but appeared to have plenty of kitchen utensils.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect location to visit our daughter in Apache Junction. Our grandkids could not get enough of the heated pool, and there was a nice patio with plenty of seating for those of us who wanted to watch them from the sidelines. The house was just as pictured and perfectly clean. Communicating with the owner was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

Family gathering

We gathered as a family for a family memorial. This rental was amazing! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and in an area that we all felt very secure. The pool was such a nice touch! Hello, my name is Brian Breu and I was born and raised right here in Arizona where I still live today in East Mesa.
My wife and I have been married for 20 years (as of 2016) and are the parents of 2 great kids.
Our hobbies include going camping in the mountains, traveling down to Rocky Point, Mexico for the weekend, and especially riding our Harley all over this great state I get to call home.
As for as the job thing goes, my wife works in Human Resources and I am a Realtor and a small business owner.

Why they chose this property

I know you will enjoy the convenience of this vacation home for a number of reasons, mainly that it is located near the US 60 with easy access to explore all the wonderful things Arizona has to offer. One of the most notable things about Arizona is our great weather. The house has a pool with a heater as well as a fire pit that will allow you to enjoy that great weather with your friends and family in a private setting.

What makes this property unique

Having a private heated pool is one of the greater benefits to renting this vacation home. In addition, being able to bring your pet with you is a bonus. They're part of your family too!
