We’re in the heart of Rowlett, right on one of the largest recreational lakes in Texas. Enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, and lakeside living on Lake Ray Hubbard!

The neighborhood is conveniently located 40 minutes from both DFW Airport and Love Field Airport, and just 17 miles east of downtown Dallas, near the intersection of Interstate 30 and the President George Bush Turnpike. The 116-acre Sapphire Bay Peninsula serves as the gateway to the City of Rowlett and is surrounded by 2 miles of shoreline in the center of Lake Ray Hubbard.

The property was just as advertised, immaculate and beyond! Premium accessories in kitchen as well as plush linens, towels and toiletries. Amazing views, walking trails and proximity to the marina. Host was incredibly responsive and generous to any needs and requests. We will be back!!

The house was actually ready earlier than check-in time, it was IMMACULANT and had lots of space in a good location convenient to everything. Dallas as well as other areas were easily accessible, and the house has a lovely view. We were minutes away from downtown Rowlett which was the most important aspect for us. We toured the state park downtown and also visited nearby Grapevine, Texas. Great place to stay for a couple or a family. Three spacious rooms, each with an en suite, big kitchen, living, dining area. Quiet place, new construction.
