The house was in a perfect location and in a very nice neighborhood. The amenities were great and met my needs. There was an issue with the AC, but the property manager responded immediately, the same day.

Communication was great and from the very beginning to the very end, everything was absolutely amazing. The cottage was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and so welcoming.My guests were very impressed, and thanks to your hospitality, my son’s birthday celebration was a huge success. Everything went smoothly, and we were able to create memories that we’ll cherish forever.Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy such a lovely space. We stayed two months while relocating and buying a home. Grand Welcome quickly supplied a dresser and re-glued loose doorway strips, but a persistent musty sink odor remained.The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean, but appliance maintenance was lacking. The washing-machine dispenser and dishwasher filter had heavy buildup; the refrigerator filter needed replacing. A missing bed-frame foot left one side of the master bed six inches lower.Three issues affected our stay:Traffic on Due West NW was constant, with cars accelerating or idling nearby day and night.Floors slope throughout the house; the kitchen floor flexes.Uneven stone steps from the rear parking area to the kitchen entrance were unlit because the solar lights did not work. During our final week, my wife tripped and fell, suffering bruises. We reported it but declined a visit with only days remaining. Hard-wired pathway lighting is needed for safety.These concerns matter during an extended stay. Positives include space for a small group, a 75-inch TV, T-Mobile 5G internet, towels, good shower pressure, adequate beds once leveled, and a convenient location near family, shops, and restaurants.The property appears to be an older cottage renovated as an investment. After two months, surface cleaning seemed thorough, but maintenance often followed complaints. Sloping floors may be costly to fix; cleaning appliances and installing working pathway lights are simple, necessary improvements.

Cottage was great. My family stayed there for four months after a house fire. The property manager was attentive and responsive. The check in process was simple and easy.

Cozy and Comfortable

The home was newly updated and exceptionally clean. The property manager went over and beyond to accomadate us a day early due to a snow/ice storm coming in on check-in day. I will admit, I was a bit turned off at first at the thought of a property management company, as it seemed a bit unpersonable (we were used to home owner encounters with previous rentals), but the communication was excellent and the property manager himself reached out to us. We were thrilled with our stay and would stay here again when visiting the area.

The property is advertised as a “ quiet retreat”, however it is located right on a very busy road. Constant flow of traffic during day and all through the night. There was a lot of road noise heard in both bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep. Master bed was very firm and not comfortable at all to us. We had to sleep in the second bedroom. Communication from the management company was good and they were very responsive in bringing by a toaster, as there was not one in the home.

The host was excellent and responsive. However the listing said 2 showers, and there was one only and a soaking tub. It was a bunch of little things. The closet doors were off the hinges. Fixtures in the bathrooms were falling off (towel hook). Lighting in rooms was dim. Only one of two bedrooms had ceiling fan, and the room without get very warm. The outdoor porch screen was ripped as well. Re: location. It’s in a main road and it can be very loud, even throughout the night. Sometimes this caused sleep disruptions. All that aside. The house was clean. The host was responsive. It was code enough to drive to restaurants,supermarket, cvs, and gym
