We fell in love with Bonita Springs back in 2018. The relaxed atmosphere, great restaurants, and pristine beaches quickly became our happy place. Located less than 30 minutes from Ft.Myers airport, traveling was a snap. After purchasing our first condo, we decided to buy a single family home in the community of Bonita Fairways in 2020. Our home is within the same community as Botanika, so we decided to purchase this condo for easy management and share our passion for this area. We are dog lovers and are open to other dog lovers bringing their well behaved pets. Our plan is to retire to this area in 6 years.

Why they chose this property

We chose this community based on the location and layout of the units. It is in the heart of Bonita Springs, just up the road from the charming and historic downtown area and only 5.5 miles from stunning sunsets at Bonita Beach. 10-15 minutes in either direction to great shopping (Coconut Point, The Mercado) and other gorgeous beaches (Vanderbilt, Naples), and only 5 minutes from the Promenade which has 3 wonderful restaurants and the famous Deromo's Italian deli. The Promenade center bar has live music to enjoy most nights as well.

What makes this property unique

Our Botanika condo is a new build (closed October 2024) in an elevator building with access to all of the amenities of the larger community of Bonita Fairways. Tenants will have access to two pools and hot tubs, the main community offers tennis, pickleball, and Bocci courts. Accommodations are modern and cozy with homey touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Comfortable mattresses are very important to us when we travel, so that was a very important detail we made a priority, We hope you enjoy our rental and feel that it is your home away from home!
