It is a 2 floors house in a quiet and peaceful township. You have well equipped kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, and guest bathroom in the first floor. Second floor has 1 master bedroom with private bathroom and 1 guest room with a shared full bathroom with a bump and 1 twin bed. Both has nice view and access to the balcony. One # parking spot. Other cars must use the ones without #. Close to the beach

Great place to stay!

This was exactly what we were looking for as we had friends on the water. It was comfortable and spacious. The owner was clear on communication and it was a seamless transaction!

Extremely clean and nicely furnished in interior. Would have been even nicer with patio furniture and a bit more in the way of silverware, but overall a very nice place with a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was a charming yet spacious and well equipped house that served our family of 7 perfectly. The neighborhood (and New Smyrna in general) is also incredible, safe and simply beautiful. Short distance to beach and Publix nearby. We left wondering when we'll come back!
