Very clean and well maintained pool! Large parking in a front for 6 cars. Was great for graduation get together for a family and relatives, hang out after the Graduation Ceremony. Catch up. And if anyone gets too inebriated....there is still enough space left to crash, no need to drive. Close to the UC campus.

This property is very tired. The yard had 3 live trees and everything else was dead. Construction materials all over the yard, a wheel barrel full of field fencing, 2 trash cans one full of cement, dirt everywhere. The patio umbrella was broken (we Jerry rigged it for some shade, which is desperately needed). there were no cushions on the resin chairs or lounger. The pool had algae on the stairs, all corners and across the bottom. There were solar lights in a big planter (with dead plants) that didn’t work and were filthy dirty. Deflated pool floats in a pile in the dirt. The screen slider in the primary bedroom was broken and fell off. Half the bedroom had baseboards the rest none, no lightbulb in one lamp in the bedroom (we found one in the laundry room). The door to the oven is sprung and doesn’t close properly, we used a stair to keep it closed. To close the microwave door you have to slam it to latch. We were afraid we would shatter the glass. Walls and doorways had spackle in preparation for painting? There was no tissue anywhere in the house. The kitchen light over the table had half of the bulbs and lenses gone. Maybe a flee market find? The day before arriving the host told us they were remodeling the sun room. She never mentioned the rest of the house. Had we been told this property was “under construction” we never would have selected it to rent. We have rented many VRBO’s over the years, this was the first one we were disappointed renting.
Anastasia was a wonderful host with great communication. We loved our stay! We hosted a baby shower and accommodated 5 overnight guests comfortably. There was plenty of parking. The rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The pool was great and easy to clean with the flip of a switch. Lovely covered patio. Nice neighborhood. Citrus trees with delicious grapefruits! We would definitely stay again should we need group accommodations in Chico.
