Paradise Found!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casalina Gardens Apartments. We stayed in the studio apartment with the outdoor kitchen. It was perfect for my husband and I. The bedroom and bathroom had a locked door even though the kitchen was open to the rest of the facility. The entire facility (apartments, garden, pool) is behind a locked gate, so we felt very safe in the facility. There are four parking spaces available between on-road and driveway parking in front of the facility. Once you enter through the gate which is on the left side of the main house, the facility is focused on the backyard of the main house. 2-3 apartments are part of the main house. There is also another building in the backyard behind the main house. This building contains another 2-3 apartments, including our studio. We had to walk through the garden to access the back building -- this was my favorite part! I loved the flowers and palm trees. The bed in our studio was comfortable and clean. I was very impressed with the bathroom - it was huge for a studio and clean/modern. Both shower and beach towels were provided. There was a drying rack outside that we used to dry our beach towels and bathing suits. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking dishes/utensils, etc. There is a grocery store just around the corner from the apartments where we enjoyed fresh juices and baked bread. Nataly was very helpful during our stay. She checked in almost daily to make sure we had what we needed. We appreciated her attention and ever present smile! She helped us when we left by taking out the trash and allowing us to leave unused food in the refrigerator. Note that we had to pay her a cleaning fee in cash before we left. The garden is so lush and cool to sit and relax in. The breeze in Aruba is constant and while we did use the air conditioner in the bedroom to sleep, the area was very cool due to the shade from the garden. We enjoyed seeing the iguana lizards running around the garden too. Truly a wonderful paradise! The location of the apartments was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to restaurants, hotels and activities. Driving in Aruba is very easy. The island is small and manageable to get around. We can't wait to go back!!

The property and description was right on target. The host Natalie was WONDERFUL. The room are simple but tastefully done. I felt like I was in my own backyard. Private, Quiet, Clean........Conveniently located to main strip RT 1 major hotels

Great little place. We had a studio room that was clean and well appointed. We were in a corner, end room which had an outside seating area with small stove. refrigerator and table. It was peaceful and quiet which I loved! The backyard area has tons of natural vegetation and a large hot tub and is gated. My husband and I rented a car which was perfect as we drove to many beaches and restaurants during our stay! You could walk but it would have been to much for me. in 3 minutes you could be at a beach in 8 you can be at world recognized Eagle Beach. I was nervous about reserving site unseen but we couldn't have been happier with our stay!! We would definitely come again, and stay in the very same room!

My husband and I recently stayed here during our time in Aruba and were very happy with our stay. You can't find a better deal! It was clean, well maintained and close to the beach! De kamer is over het algemeen ok. Wat is tegengevallen is de kast, die ogenschijnlijk nooit wordt opengemaakt. Bij het openmaken kwam er een heel muffe geur naar buiten, die vrij lang is blijven hangen. Verder konden we de tv niet aan de praat krijgen, waardoor het wel een vrij lange en vervelende vooravond is geworden, temeer omdat we geen auto hadden en ook omdat u duidelijk had aangegeven, dat u tussen 9 pm en 9am liever niet gestoord wenste te worden, wat uiteraard uw goed recht is.

Felt like our own private villa in Aruba!

Sadly we missed Tu on our visit, but Nataly was an incredible help- such a hard worker and kind hostess, she made sure we had everything we needed- including smiles all day long! And what a lovely place Casalina Gardens was- well cared for (room decor could use a little help & wifi worked internittently- but it was certainly clean with a beautifully peaceful, shared garden) and very safe (so much so that my wife & I enjoyed watching movies each night on my cell phone from the comfort of our patio while the wind washed over us and the gardens before bed)! A short walk from the villa through a mixed island neighborhood takes you right to the Marriott Stellaris (the walk is always safe, albeit rather dark at night, though you may end up walking with a few dogs, a few dozen goats, or a few lizards- all generally oblivious to the humans nearby). Please watch all cars along the walk- everyone here is happy & friendly, but pedestrians are clearly second-class at best.) And once at the Marriott, the beach is free to all as a public beach, so make your way to sun & surf...oh yes, & Eduardo's (@ the Playa Linda Resort) for an Acai/ fresh-fruit protein breakfast bowl- YUM!

A great place with a great owner!

Tu worked with my wife and I on planning a stay in Aruba and was very informative, helpful, and prompt with every question or concern that we had. Even despite unexpected changes that affected our travel plans, Tu relieved a great deal of our stress and worries by being understanding of the situation. The location is great, in walkable distance of the beach. Very comfortable kingbed, big bathroom with walk-in shower and outside kitchen w/ fridge, microwave and 1 burner. BBQ for general useage is available in garden. Beautiful garden with pool / jacuzi, loungechairs and hammocks. Tu is a very friendly host. We had a great stay!

Amazing stay!

Tu was amazing, she went out of her way to help me several times during my stay. She picked me up and brought me to the house on the first night, and even dropped me at the airport the day I left as she was dropping her daughter at school. I stayed in one of their studios which had a very comfortable bed and a bathroom inside, and an outdoor kitchen and patio seating area. The wifi was fast and reliable the whole time, the air conditioning worked well, and their gardens are beautiful. They have a car their guests can rent, but I chose to walk during my stay. I was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, through a nice neighborhood. No complaints, everything was exactly as described, I would definitely stay here again!
