A beautiful 1-bed/1 bath with AC and WiFi in a nice neighbor in Coconut Creek.
The property is a large home in a residential neighborhood occupied by my wife and I. You will find your guesthouse attached to the left side with private gated entry (when facing the house), no shared space. You have one parking spot available to you during your stay right in front of your gate. Private access leads you to your space which requires keypad entry into your own calming oasis.
When entering the guesthouse, you will see a full kitchen with a cozy dining set and a fridge/freezer to keep your drinks cold throughout the stay. You’ll then make your way in to your own private 1 bedroom / bathroom equipped with a queen sized bed, a dresser to unpack and organize your things, a TV for streaming, and a bathroom with walk in shower.
When entering the guesthouse, you will see a full kitchen with a cozy dining set and a fridge/freezer to keep your drinks cold throughout the stay. You’ll then make your way in to your own private 1 bedroom / bathroom equipped with a queen sized bed, a dresser to unpack and organize your things, a TV for streaming, and a bathroom with walk in shower.
