This luxurious three bedroom villa has a perfect location, only a few minutes to Disney and it is situated in a very nice resort property with more amenities and activities than you can ask for. The villa is spacious and can accommodate up to eight people. It is very clean and well maintained.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and amenities like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite primary bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom features two double beds and the other guest bedroom comes with a sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. From the living room, there is an outdoor patio with a table a chairs. With a total of five beds, this large villa can accommodate up to eight people. There is a $15.00 daily resort fee (plus tax) which will be collected at check-in.

A daily resort fee of $15.00 plus tax will be collected upon your arrival. A daily resort fee of $15.00 + tax will be collected upon your arrival.

The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. All rental units are exactly identical. Maid service is not included.

Additional Deposit Policy - the property requires a $200 credit card authorization upon check in per unit. Cash-free property - will no longer accept cash. Guests may charge purchases to their credit card or charge to their room with an authorized credit card on file. (Excludes Gift Shop, and Concierge)

No-Show Policy- No Show reservation will forfeit payment. Resort reserves the right to cancel the remaining days of a no-show reservation and rent out the unit. Please call the property if your travel is delayed.
