The inside is dated but the beds are comfortable and the AC works great. House was fully functional. The two rooms away from the master are full beds not queen beds as shown in the listing which can be tough if multiple coulples stay. The use of bikes, paddleboards, and kayak was nice and has good place to keep a boat.
This is an older home in a quiet neighborhood with canal access and dock. I would describe it as homey The pool is old but functional and serviced regularly. It is not heated. The large kitchen is functional and well supplied. The grill is charcoal Weber. The two guest bedrooms are described as queen but are just full beds. There are plenty of water crafts and a garage with opener which is useful to come and go. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

It’s okay.
There are plenty of better options in my opinion. The house was nice although a little dated. Clean, nice pool and on a side canal with a dock. We were not able to access the dock with our boat due to low bridges on both sides of Blue Cove. It’s not close to the spring head or KP Hole by boat or kayak. The house comes with kayaks and paddle boards which were great for the area.We were not able to gain access to the house when we got there because the property manager did not send us the code beforehand. When we were told the code, it didn’t work. Fortunately, we found a door that had been left unlocked and could get in. There is also a friend of the owner that uses the property for boat storage, taking away a parking spot under the carport. The boat was not there when we arrived and mysteriously showed up while we were out one day. Just seemed odd that someone else was using the property while we had paid to use it. Also, we don’t know if this stranger went inside and riffled through our belongings. When we reported this issue the response was basically “sorry” and they left it at that, not even trying to make it right in any way. They also ask for you to clean the house even though they charge a cleaning fee. Seems unprofessional/unethical for them to try to pocket extra money that way.
Matt was pretty much right there as we went through the check in process. The house is in a perfect location, walking distance from Swampy's. The house is a bit dated but the appliances all worked, the AC was perfect, and the layout of the house was perfect. We did feel that the the two "queen," beds were really doubles, but we made it work. The abundance of paddle boards, and kayaks made the trip really special. It was a bonding experiencel for my husband and myself to really get to know the kids and grandkids. The only drawback was that the pool machine to clean kept getting caught on the edge/lip in the pool, causing the pump to shut off. Other than that we would totally stay here again.
