This beautifully renovated luxury condo offers a perfect blend of comfort & convenience. Located on Myrtlewood Golf Course & 10 minutes from the airport, you can enjoy seasonal pool access or take a quick ride to Broadway at the Beach & Ripley's Aquarium. This elite location allows you public beach access in under 2 miles, but far enough away from the bustle of Ocean Blvd to still enjoy peace & relaxation. Ideal for families & groups, our home has it all!

KITCHEN and LOUNGE
🏖 Be sure to plan a family brunch or dinner and make use of our fully stocked kitchen and dining areas capable of seating 8 guests (dining room table and breakfast bar).
🏖 The living room has a 65-inch Roku TV capable of streaming all your favorite shows and movies with a brand-new built-in entertainment area and a fireplace.

You will have full access to the condo with the exception of the owner's closet in the primary bedroom. A smart lock code will enable you access to the front door where there is a Ring Doorbell operating 24/7 with video and audio recording, an additional one that is exterior facing in the rear of the home.

🏖Additional owner rental agreement needed to be signed prior to check in, separate from the booking platform

🏖Only starter amounts of amenities are provided. Such amenities include starter amounts of paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, body soap, lotion, shampoo and a laundry pod. Please prepare accordingly.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return ALL POOL WRISTBANDS. There is a $50 fine for each one missing.
Please make sure patio door is fully locked (on bottom left corner tan piece slides)
Please push storm door fully closed. Sometimes the wreath creates an air pocket.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any damage to any items in the house including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, is the responsibility of the renter.
Deactivation of Wifi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental. $50 replacement fee per remote (remotes for each TV).
We have 2 exterior Ring cameras facing outward; one at each entrance recording audio/video 24/7. Tampering/disabling is immediate rental termination.
