A complete game room themed in Avengers, featuring PS5 stations, basketball, air hockey, and a bar for adults to enjoy while watching. Outside is an oasis with a complete outdoor kitchen and bar. Other thing to note:

Pool Heat cost: $45/day. Requests must be made up to 48 hours before check-in; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must last for a minimum of 3 days.

BBQ Grill rental is $50. If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to trade is typically @$30.
We also offer a full-service option for $120, where someone ensures the gas tank is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty. It must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $20 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.
