The house itself was cute and very close to everything downtown it was very convenient. The host was very nice and responds super fast. There were a couple issues that arose within the first couple hours of being there, however. The door to the main bedroom and the door to the bathroom of that room do not close all the way, They get stuck on the door frame. It may have been a while since anyone had last been there but the water came out brown when we first turned it on, the standing showers door doesn't seal so you have to face the shower head away from it so it doesn't leak, the pipes in the shared bathroom make this really loud banging noise at random times, and the dishes and silverware still had food on them. A lot of small issues that did not significantly impact our stay but did prove to be slightly annoying, especially for the price paid to stay here.

Love the 3rd Ward!

Great property! Clean, cool, and loved the back porch. The host was quick to respond with any questions. My boyfriend and I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston.

A cute and well located home near the University of Houston. However, the surrounding area is in bad shape. It was adequate for our travel needs.

We were in town for a track meet at UH. Location was in walking distance, no need to worry about paying for parking. The hosts were available and accommodating
