Great place to stay. Off the beaten path but just minutes from Ft Davis. Cabin was well-stocked with neat local decor. Great night sky viewing, and 2 nice porches to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee. Would definitely stay here again. If you want solitude this is the place .

We loved this place. It was very secluded. There were interesting plants and wildlife on the property. It was very convenient to the Davis Mountains State Park and other locations.

It is a nice and quiet cabin on a secluded area with mountain view. We enjoyed the cozy napping on the porch in the afternoon, walking in the evening and star gazing at night. This is the experience we never had before The location is close to places we went, like McDonald Observatory, Davis Mountain State Park, etc. Rooms are clean and Jennifer answered my question quickly. We will definitely stay here again if we have a chance visiting the area next time.

My husband & I have been here a few times & will continue to come back! The cabin is very accommodating, clean & comfortable. So quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The night skies are amazing. Saw the Milky Way in dark sky brilliance!

This cabin was great - secluded, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Great stargazing, super close to the observatory. Saw aoudad on the hills and javelina down the road. A we loved it.

Remote location was quiet and private but very close to Ft Davis as well as other area attractions (Mcdonald Observatory, Balmorhea State Park/San Solomon Springs Pool, Ft Davis State Park, Marfa, etc.) The cabin was clean, well-equipped and the bed was super-comfortable. Saw aoudad sheep and many Texas songbirds during our stay. There's hiking available with great views of this spectacular ranch property

Great stay

As always we had a great time in the Fort Davis area, and again enjoyed staying in this cabin. We will rent it again when we again come to Fort Davis.
