WOW! This place was awesome! We stayed for 1 night (wish we could of stayed more). It's in a jungle setting just minutes from whale's tale beach. In the early morning, we heard monkey howling in the nearby trees. Beds were super comfy. Bathrooms clean. Overall we enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend!

Great Spot

My family and I loved staying here. The layout is unusual, with two rooms outside and up a flight of stairs, but this suited our crew just fine. Outdoor bath was nice, and the nearby beach was wondrous.

Good location for staying in Uvita. Easy walk to beach during low tide.

A rather funky surfers place which was quite functional.We loved the outdoor deck overlooking lots of green vegetation.

Excellent Forest Stay

We enjoyed our stay at thus property because of the location, the beach, and the amenities within the house. It was a great place for our adventurous family to stay. We saw lots of wildlife, ate at greast restaurants, land liked how we were within wakkable distance to a pristine beach. If you have a car, Manuel Antonio isn't too far of a drive, which is convenient. This way, yiu can avoid the touristy area and have a safe place to stay in a less busy area.

Great place near the beach

We had a great stay! 5 min walk to the beach, very private. 45 min walk to Uvita and about an hour to the whale tail. Short drive to town. The place is close to the main road so there is some noise. The noise did not seem to bother the amazing animals we saw while sitting on the porch- monkey, toucans, birds. I would stay here again.

There are multiple rooms available to sleep in. All have sheets and other linens and towels for shower and beach. I do reccomens when you get there to turn the AC on and let it run for a while, go and explore. It took an entire day for the downstairs to be cool enough to sleep. The upstairs smaller room seems to cool down the fastest. There are small dogs that roam over from next door. Some bark and some are very friendly, so just a heads up if you're not an animal person. We had a little companion greet us from next door and as much as we tried to get him to stay at the property, he escorted us to the beach. Definitely read the little book on the living room table. We didn't until late in the trip and it had some really great spots to eat. At this time the hot water did not work in the downstairs, but the water comes out pretty close to room temp which isn't startling, more refreshing. The property manager checks in with Whatsapp frequently which made us feel very secure. And was willing to answer any questions we had
