Come relax and enjoy the fresh air in this Vacation Villa located inside the Grand Bear Resort. (PRIVITE OWN, INDEPENDET FROM GRAND BEAR RESORT, No Water Park Passes are included) NO GUARANTEE ON WATER PARK PASSES AVAILABILITY!
This beautiful 2-story home is decorated with rustic log style furnishings. The generous 1,800 square foot Villa sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, comforting fireplaces, televisions, a patio, 2 balconies, washer/dryer, kitchen & dining area.

The kitchen is complete with all major appliances dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, single cup coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, eating utensils and basic cookware. To maximize your rental experience please consider bringing any special items you may need. There is a 24 hr convince store located inside the resort lobby, should you forget something.

-The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, pull out twin sofa sleeper, fireplace, TV, private vanity and whirlpool tub.
-The Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, TV and balcony.
-Folding bed available
-Free WIFI access

Should you feel more is needed while on your stay please feel free to visit the General Store located inside GrandBear Resort.

*This Vacation Villa is privately owned and the use of some resort amenities (i.e. water park, mini golf) IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL. Tickets must be purchased separately (NO GUARANTEE ON WATER PARK PASSES AVAILABILITY) . And you have to call Grand Bear Lodge in advance to check for availability.

Fun sister hiking trip and great place to scope out a future family vacation! There is quite a lot to do on the resort and it is extremely close to starved rock and matthesian. The St. Louis canyon trail is right across the street! The town is fantastic - definitely hopping on the weekends. The house was HUGE especially for 2 people and very clean. Loved the decor and location. Martin was great at making sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!

The home was very clean, it had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We brought our dog and she loved roaming the property full of trees. Martin is a great host and an even better communicator. His responses to my questions were clear and timely. We hope to be back soon

Martin was helpful and welcoming, everything was in great working order! Both bedrooms had great balconies. Be sure to ask the host ahead of check in how to access the villa. Since it is privately owned the resort doesn’t have access to that information.

We had effortless check-in. The place was spotless. We enjoyed it very much, especially the two fireplaces. This place was extremely roomy and comfortable. I would even go so far as to say it was cozy and it had every amenity we could want and its proximity to shopping bars and restaurants was terrific.
