The apartment is as described, very well kept and clean. The common areas are as well very clean and nice. The little pool is convenient and great after a day at the beach. The beach is just two blocks away and the property is in a nice quiet area with a lot of good restaurants options for all kind of budgets. It is just five blocks away from the downtown. The communication with Laura and Diego was fast and professional at all times. There was a little problem with one AC unit one night and they answer right away and next morning their handyman was there fixing it. Since they had ceiling fans all over the apartment, it was not a big deal. All the amenities also as described. In general, we had very good experience. We highly recommend it.
