Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge (shared) pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

APARTMENT DOLPHIN

You can expect a bright, spaciously living / dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or you enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.

The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest ...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with a bathtub.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, beach towels are available.

To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the community pool area, there is a private deck area available.

Yes, our Barra Villa Resort offers enough space and privacy for the guests of the 5 units. The biggest plus point is definitely that each apartment has its own private seating area right in front of the apartment and that this seating area is even surrounded by mosquito protection. The room and pool area were very nice and well maintained with adequate furniture for our needs. One day we went to the beach and were able to use their beach chairs and umbrella they have stored in the laundry room for guests.

Great Stop Spot

This was our second stay at this arrangement of condos and it was great! The pool makes it a huge draw for families and the convenience of location made it perfect for getting out, coming back, and having most of what you need within reach by a 5-10 minute drive, including stores and attractions. Perfect place to just be on my own when visiting family in the Cape for a few weeks. A nice getaway Stop Spot for me and my kiddo. And, did I mention the hot tub???

The apartment was cute and the location was perfect. Judy, the property manager was very attentive. The only thing that puzzled me was it was called a beach retreat but had Animal print them. I would go with decor that was more beach themed. Other than that it was wonderful!

Clean, attractive, inviting! Manager Judi is terrific! She is available and helpful in so many ways! What I like best is the friendliness . I met so many nice people, but there were a very few who didn't care to mingle. That is fine too. And - it fit my budget!
