DunRovin is a 6 bedroom and 5 and one half bathroom home that can accommodate up to 14 total guests. We are located within minutes to downtown West Jefferson, free Wi-Fi, easy paved access, wood burning fireplace, plenty of parking, covered deck with a porch swing, gas grill, level access into the cabin, and several board games. The private setting that is surrounded by Mother Nature gives you that feeling of truly "escaping" everything but yet only 3 miles to West Jefferson. 

**Main Floor: The living room has 2 full size couches, 4 chairs for plenty of seating, and a Roku TV. Plus, there is a nice and cozy wood burning fireplace/stove to use during those cold mountain winter nights.

Our fully stocked kitchen with plenty of items to prepare a large meal has a dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee maker AND a Keurig maker, and more. There is a 2nd fridge just off of the dining room as well for your convenience. The dining room can seat up to 12 guests and there is additional seating at the bar in the kitchen area and a pub table that can seat 4. 

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen size bed with En Suite private bathroom with tub/shower combo, and personalized heating/cooling system. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed with personalized heating/cooling system.

**Upper Floor: There is a private queen size bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower along with a Roku TV and a system with heating and air condition. The loft has a sitting area to read a book or take a nap. For additional sleeping, the loft has a full size sleeper sofa (Note: we do not endorse sleeper-sofas or futons for any guest over the age of 12 years of age due to comfort factors). 

**Lower Level: There are 3 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the lower level. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV. The 5th bedroom has a king size bed. The 6th bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a sitting area as well on the lower level and has flat screen TV.

**Outside: There is a large hot tub sitting under a covered deck for you and your guests to indulge yourselves in after a long day of hiking, shopping, or just relax from everyday hustle and bustle. Cook your favorite steaks, burgers, or hot dogs on our outdoor gas grill. 

IF golf is your sport, you can enjoy a round of golf, which is less than 10 minutes away at Mountain Aire Golf. For more information about Ashe County and our great town of West Jefferson, please visit the Ashe County Chamber of Commerce.

There is a 2 night minimum for off peak seasons
3 night minimum for the summer months, some holidays and the entire month of October (leaf season)
4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday
7 night minimum for the July 4th holiday and Christmas/New Year holidays

Check in time is 4:00 pm or later and Check out time is 10:00 am or sooner.  

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow, ice, some foggy days, and some occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy and could be dangerous in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and/or ice. This means 4-wheel drive/AWD, good tires, and/or chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date change resulting from your negligence in this matter.
