If you go to the beach for granite and fancy coffee makers, this isn't the place for you-but if you're looking for clean, comfortable, family friendly and affordable we think you'll be right at home here. Enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour or dinner on the deck listening to the waves. Just 300 steps from your front door until your feet are in the sand, then you can walk up to "The Point" and catch a glimpse of the bald eagles that nest there. Or, maybe take a kayak tour to Waites Island or surf fish right in front of the condo, The private pier is closed at this time for repairs due to a hurricane. No smoking, pets or motorcycles due to HOA rules
