Parking, access and Wi-Fi information very well provided but it really isn’t a two bedroom unit. The curtain between the two rooms did make it feel slightly more private but knowing that there was no doors separating them would be helpful to know

Some of the pictures were deceptive. Could have been two rentals pictures shown. But the communication was great and the place is nice. Don’t buy water. It has a purification system in the kitchen

Immaculate clean property. Very comfortable for two adults needing two beds. Nicely done garage conversion, windows, semi private sleeping spaces. Back bedroom shares the bathroom and front sleeping space shares the kitchen. The shared spaces worked for us, family members. A nice quiet neighborhood.

This is a little gem of a place to stay at. It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood that is close to the highways and not too far from the cities attractions. The pictures of this place do not do it justice. It’s a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a place away from the main downtown busy life.

The check-in process was very easy. Plenty of amenities, only issue was wifi was rough and could not watch any TV. Otherwise we weren’t home often and it was a very nice place to stay and beds are very comfortable.

It was smaller than I thought, but had everything you could need. It was in a good neighborhood and it was clean. It was close to Vegas Main strip. Had more privacy than renting a hotel or a motel on the strip.

We stayed for three weeks. It was a bit smaller than the pictures showed however it was a great place to stay. It is a converted garage with two beds, one on each side of a closet, with a curtain dividing the open space. It was great as we didn't require a whole lot of privacy. It has a full lot of pots and pans, dishes, and eating and cooking utensils. We were able to cook meals while we were there. The host was fast in answering the only issue we had and that was the internet had gone out. I sent him a message and he immediately got the issue fixed. Thank you Mr Mario. I would highly recommend this location for any short term or long term visitors. The neighborhood is also quiet.

The place was very clean and lots of nice upgrades. However, it's not a townhouse, at least not in the traditional sense. It's a very well done, but converted 2 car garage. Not big enough for 4 adult size people. My kids are grown teens, and we were too close to be comfortable.

Small converted garage space that was perfect for 2 guys in town to golf for 3 days. Nice courses close by, good food everywhere or cook at the spot. 25 Lyft to the strip easy access. Mario was fantastic replacing a broken Roku unit. 2 big screen tvs, all the comforts of home. Thanks Mario.

We came to Vegas to climb Red Rocks and absolutely loved our little retreat! The condo may be small, but it’s very cozy, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s just a 25-minute drive to the climbing areas, and conveniently close to grocery stores and dining.The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, which made our trip even better.Highly recommend!
